The License agreement is per developer. You will need to purchase on license for each developer on your team. See our definition of developer here.

Yes, to upgrade after purchase please contact sales. The fee is the difference in price, plus an upgrade fee if you are upgrading from an Individual product to a Bundle product.

SciChart is set to auto-renew as standard. However, if this is turned off you can contact our sales team to renew your subscription. You will also receive licensing emails to process your renewal. By leaving on auto-renew you lock in pricing and avoid future price rises.

If your subscription ends, you will no longer receive updates, support, bug fixes, new features or new platforms (if eligible). Deployed applications will continue to work however test domains will no longer operate.

For Advanced Licensing, your subscription needs to be maintained whilst your application is still being actively sold or maintained. Please contact us to let us know if this is no longer the case.

Our store supports self quoting. Simply select the product you’d like to purchase, click “Buy now” and on the Customise page, select “Get a quote” following the instructions on the page. This will create an account for you and email you a formal quote valid for 30 days so make sure you use the correct email!

Yes, SciChart is able to offer payment terms subject to approval for larger orders. Please contact sales for more information.

Unfortunately, this is not available for single license or single year orders and is applicable to larger orders only. Any payment terms may be subject to a credit agreement.

Standard Licensing (Individual products only)
SciChart Standard Licensing conveys the right to use SciChart in up to 5 applications on the platform purchased, per license. On JavaScript, standard licensing supports up to 5 websites, internal or external, SaaS, trading platforms or up to 5 domain locked applications like Electron, even when on premises. All Standard Licenses are capped at 15,000 users or deployments, across applications.

Unlike other solutions, we do not differentiate between SaaS, Trading Platforms, Internal, External or even On-premises where the deployment has a known domain.

SciChart Advanced Licensing (Bundle products only)
SciChart Advanced Licensing Ready products conveys the right to use SciChart in unlimited applications (and websites), on all platforms that SciChart supports.

SciChart Advanced Licensing can be activated and used for non-domain locked permissive licensing on JavaScript, small scale OEM licensing and scaled to millions of end users.

Advanced licensing activation only requires one license to be maintained at the headline price, converting a single license into a subscription. For large-scale use cases (over 15,000 end users), there are then scalable tiers adding in tens of thousands of users or implementations starting at less than $50 a month.

Simply put, to access the wide range of Advanced Licensing features, you only need to treat one license as an annual subscription at the headline rate per project where this licensing is needed.
